Repair of damaged roofing shingles
Roof repair
We performed a comprehensive clean-up of the entire roof area, including the removal of damaged roofing shingles. We then proceeded with shingle re-roofing, matching the existing shingle color, and applied detailed torchdown to repair a specific leaking area, all for a total of $500.
Complete Roofing Overhaul
Reroofing
We revamped the client's roofing system by removing two layers, installing matching 2"x 2" drip edge metal, Rhinoroof U20 synthetic underlayment, and GAF roofing shingles. We also added flashing around the chimney, repaired damaged chimney concrete, and provided daily site cleanup. Additionally, we handled the labor for rain gutter installation, with materials supplied by the client.
